How long will it take to get my order?
There are 2 stages in an order:
- Order processing: This is the time it takes for us to get all the materials and assemble the package:
7 - 10 business days.
- Shipping: After the order is fully processed, this is the time it takes for the order to arrive to your desired address.
This is when you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please keep in mind that we do not have control over this time, once the order is shipped, everything depends on the delivery carriers.
US/Domestic orders: 2 - 4 business days.
International orders: 6 - 10 business days.
IMPORTANT: If you haven't received an email with a tracking number after the stipulated processing time, this means that there has been a delay regarding materials, holidays rush, or other logistics factor. You do not need to contact us or to worry, once your order is ready to be shipped, you will immediately receive the tracking number. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
We are currently working with a fulfillment center in order to offer faster shipping times and pre paid duties for international orders.
We will always works as hard as possible to ship your order as soon as possible.

My order is taking more than the stipulated processing time. What do I do?
We understand your excitement to get our products as soon as possible, so if this is the case for your order, you do not need to do anything or worry.
Please be aware of the announcement bar at the top where we will share if there are any current general delays.
We process all orders as fast as we can, so if there is a delay, this means that something unexpected has risen.
Still, feel free to contact us for any concerns you wish to share.
Is the packaging discreet?
All of our orders are sent without any text, images or anything that can identify the contents of the box. Even if the box is opened, there is nothing that will reveal the nature of the product.
You can order with peace of mind!
Are there any instructional videos?
You can find them under the corresponding product page of your device. We also have step-by-step written instructions there.

How do you prevent the clamp from bubbling out the bottom or the top?
This is probably happening because only one sleeve is installed.
If this is the case, you have to install the second sleeve on top of the first sleeve to unlock stage 2 clamping force.
You can watch the sleeve installation guide video to achieve this.
Please be aware of your nails or anything sharp that can damage the sleeve during this process.
Do I need to pay custom's taxes?
Currently, all of our prices do not include taxes, so you will need to pay them once you receive your order.
Be aware that some carriers hold the package in some centers, so you may need to go there to pay and pick up you order.
We are working with a fulfillment center to offer pre paid duties, that way the prices you will see on our store, will be the guaranteed landed ones.
I want to order from an Islamic country, what do I need to consider?
We have been told by customers who live in Islamic countries that there should not be any problems with Customs as long as the order does not contain any sexually explicit content and isn't described as a sexual device.
Our products are labeled as "Fitness devices", the packaging doesn't contain any sexual/improper content (actually, it contains nothing at all), and lastly, the devices are delivered in an unassembled state, so it is very difficult to determine the nature of our products.
BUT, even considering this, it is still possible that your order might be held in Customs and be rejected for being a "forbidden item".
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND HAVE NO LIABILITY IF YOUR ORDER GETS REJECTED BY CUSTOMS IN AN ISLAMIC COUNTRY.
If this happens the following can be done:
- If the order is sent back to us:
- You can request the order to be shipped to another address from a different country. In this case, the shipping extra costs must be paid first.
- You can request a refund.
- If the order is NOT sent back to us:
- In this case, unfortunately, we will not refund your order and we won't be held any responsibility/liability for this situation.
In the end its up to the customer to be informed about his country's policy regarding prohibited items and decide to purchase from us.
